For the past few years Ivo Administrators have had the ability to quickly view other staff clients in the Manage Clients screen simply by search for the staff member. 


This new option enables any staff member to automatically see the client list of other staff whenever they access the Manage Clients screen. 


This is great for managers, team leaders, and small teams that often work with each other's clients.


To access this tool;

1. Click the cog icon to administer Ivo

2. Click on the 'Staff' button on the Toolbar

3. Select the staff name from the 'Active Staff' list

4. Select the other staff whose clients should be visible to the selected staff member.

The 'Expand Other Staff Clients' option sets whether the list of other staff clients is automatically expanded when the Manage Clients screen is first opened -
