The calendar uses the Time Scale setting to determine the time increments to display in the calendar - anything from 1 minute to 2 hours.
The Time Scale setting thus determines the increments used when selecting a time period for a file note.
On the Calendar (or 'Journal' as it was originally called), you can change the time scale by clicking the Time Scale button in the toolbar.
However, any value you select here in the Calendar is only active for the time you are currently using Ivo. The next time you open Ivo the Time Scale will be back to its default setting.
Changing the calendar time scale setting permanently
You can change your default Time Scale setting in your preferences
- Click the Help and Support tab
- Click the My Preferences button
- Change the Default Time Scale setting which is about halfway down the list of preferences.
