Note: You must be an Ivo Administrator to complete this process.


To make a staff member an Ivo Administrator, follow these steps.


  1. Click the small "cog" icon at the top-left of the screen to Administer Ivo
  2. Click the Ivo Administration tab
  3. Click the Staff button
  4. Click the name of the staff member that you wish to change under the Active Staff list on the left side of the screen
  5. Click on the Privilege Level hyperlink in the details screen of the staff member to open the value dialog box and select "Administrator" from the drop-down list.



If the staff member currently has Ivo open, they will need to close and reopen it for the change to take effect.
