Each Entity and Activity in Ivo is associated with an ID. You can use this ID to track down a specific record of a client. To find out the Entity and/or Activity ID please follow these steps:
1. Click on “Work” tab
2. Click on “Manage Clients” icon
3. Select the client name
4. Select the record you would like to get the ID number of
5. For Activity ID number click on the Details tab in the bottom half of the screen
6. For the Entity ID number click on the Client Details tab in the top half of the screen.
