A new file note field is now available in Ivo which adds an "Action Type" field to file notes. 


This field can be used to categorise file notes according to the type of action taken.  It can be configured for specific combinations of activity and funding.


 


 


The field is switched off by default. It can be configured in the Administration\Pick Lists screen -


To turn this field on, see below steps to do so -


  1. Click the "Administer Ivo" button

  2. Click the "Ivo Administration" tab

  3. Click the "Pick Lists" button

  4. Click the "File Note Activity Types" option

  5. Click a code

  6. Click the "All" option for the Activities, or select which Activities to include it in

  7. Click the "All" option for the Funding, or select which Funding to include it in

Repeats steps 5-7 for each code - DCI, RFL, RSC, TRL
