For clients who access their Ivo on 1024's Ivo Server, it is currently not possible to open email attachments as we haven't installed an appropriate email reader application.

While this restriction is in place, the best work around we can provide is to save your emails as PDF documents, which can be opened on the server.


Please follow the instructions below for the process to save your emails as PDFs.


In the opened email window;


1. Click 'File' at the top left hand corner of the email window.





2. From the menu, click on 'Print'. You will see the email in Print Preview on the right hand side of your screen.






3. Click on the Printer selection drop-down menu.   4. Select 'Microsoft Print to PDF' from the menu.   5. Click 'Print' at the top of the page. The 'Save Print Output As' window will open.






6. Give your file a name in the 'File Name' field.   7. Make sure to select the OneDrive folder you will be saving the document to. 


8. Click 'Save'. You should now be able to see your email PDF in your OneDrive folder when you check in File Explorer.
