Connecting to OneDrive
Once you have connected to 1024's Ivo server and changed your password, you can connect to your organisation's OneDrive.
Firstly, please note that unfortunately, this process can be a little slow and sometimes needs multiple attempts. Second, this process only needs to be done once.
Double-click the "Connect to OneDrive" icon on the desktop -

You will see this screen appear -

Enter the email address you use for OneDrive (this should be the same as your Microsoft Office365 account, which presumably would be your work email address), then click the "Sign In" button at the bottom-right.
You may see a screen that prompts you to select "Work or school", please click the "Work" button.
Last, the password screen is displayed, please enter your OneDrive password and click the "Sign in" button.
Please be patient and allow up to 2-3 minutes for the sign-in to complete. This may fail and you may be prompted to enter your password again, in which case, please do so.
If you continue to get prompted to enter your password, you can do so and it should work after a few attempts, but please also contact us for support if it keeps happening.
