You will see an attachment to this email called "1024 Ivo Server.rdp".  Please save this file to your desktop.

This is the icon you will double-click to connect to the 1024 Ivo server.

When you double-click the file, you will be prompted to enter a username and password.  The username is -

        "ivo.local\<first initial><surname>"

        For example: ivo.local\jdoe

        (Note the slash used is a backslash - "\", which is usually located above the enter/return key.)

Once you've entered your username, you will need to save it to the RDP settings by clicking on the 'Save' button in the 'General' tab.

If you miss this step, then next time you go to log in it will have reverted back to the username that was saved in the settings when we sent it to you (ivo\<first initial><last name>).

Once you've saved your username you can connect with the generic password that will be provided via SMS.
